King Salmon action is starting to heat up out on Lake Michigan. Was out last weekend and had plenty of action and a 19lb. King topped the size. We only landed 6 Kings on each trip but had more on. The cold water makes those Kings really feisty, ripping out 100's of feet of line just part of it. Had a great crew aboard and they did an excellent job.
Bass action is a little slow right now, but should start picking up any time now.
Walleye action is so so in the bay. Some areas are real good though. Lots of big Sheep Head also. Fun Fun wish they would go away and bite a different day.
