We are into our second week of fishing and everyone seems to be catching fish. a lot of different presentation have been used with success. jigging in the weeds, drifting with live bait, slip bobber, and trolling.
Wind plays an important factor into catching fish. These fish are wind orientated. Keep that in mind when you are on the lake.
I don't think you can go wrong fishing Lake Gogebic right now.
Please keep conservation in mind when you are out there, and select harvest, keeping the good eaters and letting the larger females go so they can reproduce again next year.
