I was out on "The Rock" again this morning for a couple hours. Jigging the timber along the channel edge near Splash we had 5 "shorties", and 1 keeper. Trolled cranks for a while and had a couple more "shorties" and 1 pike.

Hi Jerry,

It looks like the water levels are really high on The Rock (almost 883, about 3 feet above average).

How's the current? Any chance they will be warning boaters off the water due to high currents (I think they did that last year)?

Thanks,

Paul

Normal pool is 882.0, right now it is at 882.59, thats a little over 6 inches high. There is a lot, and I mean a lot of floating debris and stumps and trees where there weren't any before. Keep your eyes open if you plan on going.
