It sounds like we are going to have one more snow storm before the end of March on Wed. this week. The Ice is still in great condition. We have over 20inches where we are and still driving right up to the shacks. We will have one more good weekend for sure for ice fishing.
We have moved our shacks some and are on some really nice big White Fish. Some breaking the high 3's & 4lb. mark. We have several big shacks on the ice and are ready to rent or book a fully guided trip. Shack rent is $125.00 to $150.00/day includes heat.
Remember Walleye limit dropped to one per day now and two in possesion and Perch will be closed on the 15th along with ice shacks have to be taken off also, but can be taken out on daily basis.
Richie a freind of mine caught a 19-1/2lb. Northern this weekend to win the Fishing Hole Ice Derby's Northern division. Biggest Northern I heard caught this year.
