The bay behind the shop is froze over and making ice!! There is a little shore ice in front of the shop. Might be on the bay by the weekend.

Making Ice tonight (Tues.) The river in front of the shop froze over. We will see what the weather does the next few days, calling for 2 to 4 inches of snow. Hope it misses us don't need snow yet.

The bay behind the shop has 3 inches of ice, seems soft. Anglers are fishing the bays on Alice, Nokomis and the Spirit Flow. If you head out use extreme care and fish with a buddy.

We now have 4 inches of Ice in the bay firmed up alot. Caught some crappies and a few walleye's so far, Cody caught a nice 12 Crappie Saturday night.

Rain now, jeez! 40 degree's on Tuesday, hope the ice holds up. Heard good reports today on the Spirit Flow. some nice walleye's.
