Hey Capt Fritz,
How did your new Lowrance work out for you this past season? I've been thinking about buying one but haven't heard much about performance this season on boards...

The big Perch are still biting on the bay. Some of the Perch are breaking the 12inch length. Small to med. Minnows split shot about 12inches up from number eight hook.
Muskies are starting to bite in lower bay.
Walleyes are still slow night time fishing has been more productive.
Salmon/Trout are still biting. go out to 350ft. of water surface dwon to 127ft. with spoons has ben the most effective.

I have the HDS 8 & 10 and they work great. I also added the Side Scan this year and is that neat. Give them a try I am sure you will be happy.
