Hi everyone,
Fished a local Vilas county lake yesterday. got out for about 4 hours on a very clear body of water. I didn't catch any Walleyes, but I caught several small Mouth Bass, a perch, and a waterski show.
the recreational boaters were out in force, but who could blame them. the air temps were pushing 90, and it was beautifull out on the water. So I enjoyed myself watching the water skiers, and getting sun burned. We can all share the resource.
Soon the lakes will be void of the water skiers and jet skiers, and us fishermaen and women can get back to the bussiness of serious fishing. I'll be reporting some info I found on the 100 foot law and how it relates to the Big Chip. talk more later.
