Hey everyone, we are having some of the same weather that many of you are having, we have been as high as 82. The ice went out on April 10th and we have had record breaking temperatures ever since. We have had quite a bit of rain as of late, much needed since the water was lower than normal

The water temps on Crow Lake the surface temp is 57-59 degrees in some bays as high as 62. LOTW the water temp is as high as 65 surface temp.

Bass are coming in to spawn in the bays on Crow Lake and on LOTW. The weeds are coming in strong now. Walleye fishing has been great, sunny days in the weeds and on the rocks they are shallow. Lake trout fishing are any where from 20-100 feet, catching them trolling with flutter spoons with 8 ozs of lead. And the Muskies have been beating up each other and seeing many of them in our bay.

Jacob will be in Greenland working this summer, and we have a few new employess, Missy, Patten and of course Ashley Trinkner will be a part of our staff.

Looking forward to seeing everyone, have some openings for this Memorial day weekend if anyone is interested in coming up for a long weekend. Chris and I will be celebrating our 3oth wedding anniversary on May 31st,and we are now going to be grandparents of our 5th grandchild in August. This will be our 11 summer owning Muskie Bay Resort Thank you for making that happen and being a great part of that.

Best regard,

Paul and Chris Trinkner
