Fishing for walleye, northern and bass ended at midnight Sunday March 6. It will reopen in 52 days when the 2010 open water season begins on May 1, 2010.
Muskies will not open until Memoral Day weekend as usual.
Panfish is still open with many crappies being caught at this time. The temperatures here in Eagle River have been in the 50's and sunny until today. We have lost alot of snow cover.
I want to thank all of our patrons that stopped in and saw us at the Green Bay Sport Show last weekend! Spring fever was definitely in the air as the Fox River was loaded with walleye fisherman all weekend.
Well I'm off to our Marlin Fishing School in Cabo San Lucas Mexico on Saturday, it is big game fishing at it's best. I will give an up date on my return.
