Well it is begining to look a lot like ice. Lake of the Woods has 8 inches on Stevens Bay, Crow Lake is still making ice, I have owned and ran Muskie Bay Resort on Crow Lake for the past 10 years, and we have always had ice by January 1st. The temps have been 8 above in the day and 10 below at night, perfect ice making temperatures.
We just got back from an extended visit in Wisconsin, my mother Lucille Trinkner passed away on December 4th. If I missed anyones phone calls I am sorry and please try calling us again, we are at the lodge. We still have opening in January.
Our website is up and running I thinks it looks great, I will be adding new photos and up dating it in the next few days now that I am home.
