The day started out slow. Jigged a break near the Buckhorn where we caught some legals on Tuesday and did not get a tap. Stopped by the Boy Scout Camp and same results. Hit the third spot near the dike and found some active walleye. Boated about a dozen all "shorties and one 22' slot fish. Had a lot more bites but could not get the hook in them. Put the planer boards in the water with Shad Raps and hammered the white bass. All in all a lot of action. The algae is really getting thick on both lakes.
I was on "Pete" yesterday and we boated two keepers walleye, one 27 1/2" slot fish, 7 crappies, one 12 pound Flathead cat, one 8 pound Channel cat along with six smaller cat. The white bass bite is good there as well. I will be on "Pete" again Saturday and will post results.
